We follow social distancing. Light and bright. Artsy and welcoming. Two bedrooms - each a unique experience -one roomy bathroom and Coffee loft with fridge. Private entrance and private covered wrap around porch set up for relaxing in the morning sun with your coffee or afternoon wine, rain or shine. You get to enjoy your own quiet space. We only host one family/person at a time. Enjoy your own private coffee loft with fridge. On first floor is a Private sunny library where your continental breakfast will be set up. You also have your own private covered wrap around porch set up to enjoy a cup of coffee. There are two Bedrooms with one bed in each room. Bedroom one is the Boho Room and bedroom two is the Beatles Room. They have blackout shades and ceiling fans for added comfort. Also free standing air conditioners to boost our central air. The bathroom is decorated in all things NYC!!! Very roomy double sink area with a door leading to a private tub/shower and toilet. The coffee loft is upstairs with a fully stocked coffee/tea bar. There will be some fruit and snacks for you on your arrival. Your light continental breakfast will be set up for you in the first floor library off the entry from 8-10 AM. Again, this is a private space. You will find coffee brewing (hot water for tea by request) juice, bagels, English muffins and fruit with all the fixings....of course there’s even a toaster. If you have any dietary restrictions or requests, please let me know ahead of time so I can accommodate you. You have your own quiet space and private entrance with digital smart lock. I only host one person/family at a time. Coffee/snack bar/fridge in sitting area outside your bedrooms in the Coffee Loft. Also, you have a private covered porch set up for you to enjoy your coffee or an evening glass of wine rain or shine. We have our own private living areas on the first floor. Your private areas are upstairs, the breakfast room/library on the first floor to the right of the entry and the wrap around porch is your private area also! If you need us we are only a text or knock away. We live in a beautiful neighborhood of attractive homes which ends in a cul-de-sac. Very Quiet. We have tons of walking trails. One block from our house a large beautiful park, basket ball court, pond and picnic area. Huge playground for the kids. Close proximity to Otterbein University 2miles. Polaris Fashion Place Mall 5 miles. Easton Towne Center 7 miles. Historic Uptown Westerville with wineries, restaurants, antiques and shopping. 2 miles. IKEA is 4 miles. Other additional nearby entertainment, boat, pontoon and kayak rental at Hoover Reservoir (2mins up Maxtown Rd). We are also 25 mins from the Short North and Columbus convention Center. Columbus Zoo and Aquarium amazing. You could easily spend the whole day experiencing it. Attached to the Zoo is Zambezi Bay, a huge water park. Both are 10 miles. OSU is 13 miles. Downtown Columbus 15 miles. COSI 16 miles. John Glenn International Airport is 12 miles. I have two allergy free dogs. They can not access your areas unless you need a K-9 hug!! You will hear them welcoming you when you arrive.
