Whether it's for a brief stay or a couple of weeks, this immaculately clean one-bedroom apartment has a well-appointed kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and large refrigerator and free shared access to the owner's laundry facilities. Flat-screen TV offers access to your private streaming channels. Plenty of pots and pans, cups, plates and utensils. It's ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families with kids. The private bedroom features a queen-sized bed. In the living room, a brand new day bed has two twin mattresses. Sleeps four. Plenty of books for all ages of readers, the Red Oar Inn is perfectly situated for easy beach access (an easy five-minute stroll down a paved bike path) and located on the main bus line. Plenty of linens, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. If you have any special requests during your stay, let us know, and we will do our best to fill them! Interaction with guests We have an electronic lock, so no need to worry about a key while you're here. Access codes will be provided 2 weeks prior to your stay. We respond to text messages and phone calls very quickly while you are here. The neighborhood Private, quiet residential neighborhood. Free parking and steps away from the ocean-front paved bike bath. Five-minute stroll to Bugge's Beach, minutes by car to downtown Ketchikan and located on the main bus line. Getting around The main bus line is a one-minute walk from our apartment and costs $2 to ride to Ketchikan. By car, downtown Ketchikan is a beautiful ocean drive that's less than 10 minutes away. Other things to note Check in time is 3 p.m. with quiet hours of 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Checkout time is 12 p.m. We try to make every guest comfortable, therefore we cannot allow pets or smoking in the house.
