The studio is situated in Ezpeleta, 5 minutes from Quilmes and 35 minutes from Buenos Aires Downtown, very quiet and safe neighbourhood. It is also close to Golf Club, Quilmes River, Aeroclub, Fishing pier, and St. George's International English School. It is a a very comfortable chalet with a big kitchen, two big bedrooms and one regular size. It has got one bathroom, with immersion tab and shower. It has a small garden in the front and free parking The house has a very beautiful and big kitchen. The windows lead to an internal patio and to the outside garden with fruit trees and other plants like palms, roses, jazmin They can use the park and patio at the back. There are clubs and Cultural Centres only 10 minutes walk. You can go swimming, practise gym, learning how to sing, theatre, painting, and a lot of other activities like football or learning how to fly planes. Golf club , Riding Horses and Plata River are also close our house, 10 minutes by car, bus or train.
