Stay comfortably with plenty of space for guests. Located minutes from restaurants, shopping, and an easy drive to downtown (or take an Uber). Includes kitchenette, pool table, satellite TV, wifi, and a gorgeous wooded backyard. There is always a craft beer on tap (from a local brewery) and you can play darts, ping pong, or Xbox 1. This listing is for the entire bottom floor of our house. We are located in an upscale neighborhood where you will be safe and enjoy the peace and quiet of the woods behind the home. You will have access to the bottom floor and you have your own private entrance to come and go as you please. We don't plan to interact with guests other than introducing you to the place and answering any questions you may have. Very quiet, very peaceful, with amenities such as a pool, a lake, and a tennis court that Airbnb guests can access. You will need a car to drive in to Athens, as the public transit doesn't run on our road. You can also take an Uber or Lyft. We have young children, so we don't want to rent to groups that will be really loud/partying. Our children can sometimes make noise in the morning but we try to keep them as quiet as possible until after 10:00 AM.
