Wi-fi, apple tv and more The neighbourhood is very nice and quite. There is a lot of nice restaurants and shops close by. You will be able to appreciate the beauty from the Carpintera Mountains from the balcony. 35-50min from the airport and 1 hour drive from Irazú Vulcano. I'm renting a bedroom in my 4 bedroom house with all the commodities you need. Your private bathroom and access other house spaces like kitchen, living room and chilling balcony area. I'm normally busy with school and my part time job, therefore you will be able to have your own space. But I will be available 24/7 to help you with anything you need. There's a bus stop 3 minutes walking distance, you can walk to a lot of places nearby like restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas and more. There is also parking space. San José is 15-25 minutes by bus or car depending on traffic. Currently, just me and my dog Dana are the ones living at my house. Dana normally lives inside the house, but if you don't feel comfortable with her around, I can manage to keep her away while you stay at my house.
