The Villa stands in a large, lush garden, enclosed with a privacy fence . A size-able deck with 24ft x 12ft pool (unfenced) has sun loungers, chairs, an outdoor shower and is just steps away from the House. From the Veranda and the Pool Area, you have breathtaking and uninterrupted views of the entrance and entirety of Falmouth Harbour, including Pigeon Beach and the local Marinas. This is the perfect position to view the comings and goings of the countless Super Yachts that call Antigua their seasonal base. The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed with en suite bathroom. Which includes his and hers washbasins, recently renovated in Oct 2017. The Master Bedroom has its own Private Terrace, sheltered from the sun and overlooking the Pool. The Second Bedroom with a sea view has an American Queen-sized bed and a Single bed. A newly fitted bathroom is across the hall. The Third Bedroom has two Extra long twin beds that can be used as twins or put together to make a king bed . With an ensuite newly built bathroom. Also, all windows have mosquito screens The interior decor of oatmeal and white, accented by Caribbean blue perfectly complements the home's combination of contemporary and antique furniture. The Living Room, whose windows capture the bright sunshine has a large, flat-screen TV, accompanied by Cable TV channels. A Bose docking station is available to use with iPhone & iPod . WIFI internet access is included and there is an automatic backup generator in case of a power cut. There is a laundry room with washing machine and antique 'dolly' drying rack, from which your clothes will dry in the Caribbean breeze! A maid will come after 4th night , which is included in the price. If you require more days or a local Cook to make your stay extra-special, this can be arranged.
