Our ranch home is spacious and comfortable for adults and children. The fenced yard is landscaped with numerous seating areas. You'll enjoy the back deck with a dining table for 6 as well as 'the secret garden' with a firepit and plenty of chairs. There is a trampoline and a sandbox as well as a large playset to entertain the kids. You can relax in 'the secret spot' and roast marshmallows. Have a tea party with your princess in the aspens. There is still plenty of yard to have a party or play catch. When it’s time for the evening to wind down enjoy time in the hot tub. There are 2 neighborhood parks within walking distance as well as numerous trails for cycling or running. Central to both Boulder (15 min) and Denver (25 min) you’ll find it a relaxing oasis to come home to. (Sleeps 8) We are conveniently located 20 minutes from downtown Boulder where you can shop, eat amazing food, hike Chautauqua Park and the FlatIrons or 30 minutes from Downtown Denver. We are 40 minutes from Denver International Airport. One hour from breathtaking Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park and Eldora Mountain Resort, Loveland ski area and less than 1.5-2 hours from skiing resorts such a Winter Park, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and many more. Or you can stay in Erie, and enjoy our quaint little town where we enjoy miles of bike trails, parks for kids, a sweet downtown area (less than a mile from our home) where we walk to enjoy local breweries, brick fire pizza and ice cream or coffee shops.
