It is conveniently located within short drives to shopping, restaurants, and wineries. Within a short drive you can find yourself in, Leavenworth (35 minutes), Lake Chelan (45 minutes), and the Gorge Amphitheater (about 50 minutes). This 2 bedroom 2 bath includes a comfortable queen and king size bed for your night’s rest. The fully stocked kitchen includes *pots & pans * pot/single coffee maker (with pods, cream & sugar), tea, , toaster, cooking oil, spices and more. Go outside into the luscious yard where you can enjoy a good book relaxing on the porch swing, or gather with family and friends and delight yourself to a meal and wine on the patio table surrounded by maple and pine trees. A grill is there for your use, which includes a propane tank. You will notice a fire pit in the yard but please note, we DO NOT allow bonfires of any kind due to safety reasons. * We host up to 4 guests HOWEVER, if you are a family and the 5th person is a child and would like to book, please send us a message and we can sometimes accommodate 5 guests (5th being a child). Guests have access to the entire house and yard however please avoid stepping down into the bottom parcel where landscape business runs. We are available as much or as little as you need us to be. Please feel free to message us with questions or concerns as we are only a short drive away if we are needed. After booking with us, we can also be reached through phone call or text. Home is in an industrial area and our landscape business is run from the back lower level of the property. Tv: You can enjoy Roku Premiere tv; Hulu, Netflix, & Amazon Prime will be available with your own sign in accounts. *******IMPORTANT: The house is in an industrial area and can be busy at times but still maintains it’s privacy to our guests. Our property is split into two parcels. The house is located on the upper parcel with it's own access and parking spaces. It does however have a small office OUTSIDE next to the bedrooms where 1-2 employees work during the day. Our family landscape company runs from the same property from lower parcel but has a separate private entrance to provide access to our buisness employees. On occasions (mostly mornings and afternoons) you may see employees and/or business vehicles accessing the landscape business lower area. Please note that sometimes (especially during the summer time) employees may arrive to the property as early as 6:00 am.
