Located on the picturesque North Shore Road, Prime View is directly across from a 24hr Fitness Gym and nestled between Shelly Bay Beach/ Park and our Nature Reserve. You will also find it just within walking distance to Public Transportation and less than a ten minute walk to the Marketplace Supermarket. If you are ambitious you can walk (20mins) to and experience our Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo or catch a short bus ride and experience dining in historical Flatt's Village. We have just completed upgrades to the accommodation. We've installed and upgraded all bathroom fixtures to include a relaxing rain shower head, brand new furniture and furnishings to provide a serene and refreshing living experience. Also included in the private residence, the vacationer will have access to WiFi, television with minimal housekeeping services that will include remaking of bed, changing linen when requested and cleaning of private bathroom and terrace and Beach Towels are provided Providing calls are US bound, the house phone can be used for long distance calls. Within the home, seating area within the front garden, tea/coffee in kitchen area when used most be Cleaned Up . Seating in dining (Website hidden by Airbnb) available. A compact refrigerator for small grocery items and filtered drinking water is available if desired. Smoking and Alcoholic Beverages are not allowed on the Property. Within reason, I can be available to provide guidance and minor assistance. For your convenience, we have just completed upgrades to the accommodation. If you really feel ambitious you can walk (20mins) to and experience our Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo or catch a bus ride that is 7 minutes away and also experience a few restaurants in the historical Flatt’s Village. The bus stop is approximately 3mins away from the house. Prime View sits on the main road allowing for quick access to the public transportation. Buses run every 30mins with the last bus to the area No. 10 bus last run from Hamilton (the city) at 9:15pm (Mon - Fri). Leaving from St. George's at 10:15pm (Mon - Fri). Leaving from both areas - Saturday last bus is 6:15pm & Sunday 5:15pm No. 11 bus last run from Hamilton or St. George is 11:45pm (Mon - Sat); Sunday & holidays 10:45pm Approximate bus fare - 14 zone = $4.50 3 zone = $3.00 p/person (as at 2015, please note fares may have increased) Bermuda is a tropical climate therefore it is important to keep doors and screens closed where applicable to keep out mosquitoes, flying roaches, lizards and whistling frogs. Also ants can be another issue, but if precautionary measures are taken, (i.e. avoid dropping food on floors, sweets in living areas) all invasions can be avoided.
