Welcome to our spacious 2 bedroom lower level apartment with kitchenette. There is an attractive open concept living & dining area. Our accommodations are clean, fresh and comfortable. Centrally located in the heart of Niagara with many attractions just a short drive away. Shops and restaurants are merely a brief walk. We are a convenient drive to both Hamilton & St. Catharines. The arena, new community center & West Niagara Agriculture centre are minutes away. Guest will have all of the lower level for themselves, the only shared space will be the utility room where the laundry is located. Our back deck and yard may also be enjoyed. The BBQ may be used as well. For the most part we will be around when guest arrive. We are also available for any questions you might have. We live in a very friendly community and have great neighbors. A new restaurant has just opened up right across the road. Anything else you might need is located within a kilometer from our house. We live in a very pretty but rural town and you will need your own vehicle to get around.
