Fast WiFi is great even outdoors on the patio. Private Studio with many amenities. A nicely stocked kitchen including a hot and cold water cooler and a Kueric coffee maker. The bed is very comfortable along with a super comfortable non pull out oversized sofa. There is also a twin air mattress. The outside has multiple seating areas, grill with a nice outdoor fireplace and firepit. There is also a pool(children must be accompanied by an adult. Pool is 5ft deep). There is a common area that consists of an outdoor movie screen and seating area to enjoy on a nice summer night under the stars. Guest have access to patio's, grill, pool and outdoor movie theater. Private Driveway parking directly in front of the Studio. WiFi, Roku TV I'm very knowledgeable about the City and surrounding areas. Everything is within minutes from The Studio. Beach, Restaurants, Supermarket, Convenience Store, Train Station, Pharmacy and Hospital.
