Looking to just get away our spacious cottage is the perfect spot, for a group of friends or a family getaway. It sleeps 8. Only 30 min from Wentworth. You will find there is lots to do in and out? In the rec room there is an air hockey, ping pong table, foosball, giant checkers, board games and more. The big backyard is a great spot for snowshoeing or playing in the snow, or an evening fire. Tatamagouche is only a 10 drive away. Upon arrival you will notice a welcome basket along with a guide book filled with information about the area and local attractions. Be sure to check out the chalk board in the living room for local events happening that week. During these times we are taking extra precautions to ensure our home is clean for you. After cleaning, our home is sanitized with disinfectant. Light switches, door knobs and toys etc are sanatized. We want you to feel safe so you can enjoy your stay. There is ample parking available on site for Atvs etc. You have full acess to the main floor of the house and the large rec-room/games room, which is now heated with two electric heaters. Fully equipped with a ping pong table, ring toss, ladder ball, foosball table, air hockey table, large checkers game, board games and toys for the little ones The outdoor space is available for use, including the outdoor fire pit, a basket of firewood will be provided. During The summer months a propane BBQ is available for your use. There is lots of space for children to run and play outside. They have a delicious breakfast. We are located a 10 min drive from the heart of Tatamagouche. and it is only a ten minute walk to a quiet rocky beach. Close to local shops, Jamieson's General Store (the best selection for local source food and products), Foodland & NSLC, Dexter’s Butcher Block (for the best bacon around) , local restaurants: Big Al`s, The Chowder House, and The Train Station Dinning car. Drive along Route 6 at sunset for breathtaking views. Rushton's Beach and Blue Sea Beach is home to the warmest waters this side of North Carolina and just mintutes away.
