Our resort, Sunset Caribe, is located nicely between the fun of downtown San Pedro and the popular attractions, beach vibes and luxury of Northern Ambergris Caye. *Please note - The construction of our condo and building is finished. However, Sunset Caribe is currently expanding to the South of us. You may hear some construction noise between the hours of 7:30am - 5:00pm. Fortunately, our condo is on the top floor and located towards the North side of our building which is the farthest distance from potential construction noise. As part of the "Caribeville" community, you will have access to several services. • The San Pedro Urgent Care building is a four story facility which includes the private clinic offering medical services to the public during regular business hours and 24 hour emergency care to owners and guests. (Our concierge team can easily schedule a departure Covid test with BMA if needed.) • The Spa and Salon is also located in the San Pedro Urgent Care building. • Rain Restaurant (located at the top of the "Rain" building) is known for its outstanding Caribbean and American cuisine with seating in a covered yet open environment. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. • Aqua Restaurant (located inside on the 3rd floor of the "Rain" building) is known for sushi and seafood. Don't miss sushi night! • Beach Basket Grocery (located on 1st floor of the "Rain" building) is known for beer, wine and liquor sales as well as grocery and provisioning services prior to your arrival.
