Relaxing stay in renovated home 2

Comfy room with a full sized bed. Modern kitchen, living room. Located in a huge newly renovated private home. Close to hospitals, ideal for medical students on rotation. Safe area. Relaxing stay in the Jersey suburbs. Prefer long term guests. Please note: I do not reside in this house, but actually live next door so I am easily reached if needed. I have one long term guest who is residing in the home. She is a friendly, clean and considerate roommate. An added bonus is there is an adorable dog living in the house, he is a small yorkie poodle and is well behaved. This is a large one family house. I have another room listed on Airbnb so there may or may not be another guest staying. If that is an issue, feel free to message me. Please feel at home and enjoy hanging out in the homes shared spaces (living room, dining room) or stay in your cozy room. The house is strategically located in the Pleasantdale area of West Orange. It is located very close to hospitals for medical student rotations (St. Barnabas, Rutgers, Mountainside, OMNI, Kessler). West Orange borders Montclair, NJ and is about a 20 minute ride from Newark Airport (EWR). Walking distance to shops and restaurants, such as Whole Foods and Chipotle. For added security and convenience, we have an electronic keyless system installed on the entrance door in the house. This means that you do not have to carry any keys around, and the check in process is very simple as you can do so anytime after the room is prepared. The access codes to the lock changes each time when a guest checks out. It greatly reduces the possibility of unauthorized access aimed at giving you a peace of mind at night. We treat cleanliness as the most important aspect of hosting. You can look forward to a nice clean room, fresh sheets and new towels when you check in. There are 2 full bathrooms, that will be shared if another guest is staying. Equipped with fast Verizon Fios Wifi. You will also have access to our shared kitchen, which is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster oven, keurig and an oven. I have pots and pans, cutleries and utensils. Please feel free to make use of the kitchen to whip up a few dishes! You can do your groceries shopping from the supermarket in the area! Shared access to kitchen, living, and dining areas. Kitchen available for use with prior notification. Please maintain common courtesy in regards to cleanliness if sharing kitchen. Living room has big screen tv with cable. Washer/dryer available in the house to guests staying 2+ weeks. Fast free wifi. Off street parking available. West Orange is a beautiful Northern New Jersey town. VERY safe. Family friendly, with plenty of restaurants, stores, and entertainment nearby. Close to many hospitals and medical centers ideal for medical students. There is a bus stop on the block. Look up the Decamp bus schedule. Shared car services such as uber are plentiful and available 24/7.
