Sun Rider Apartment, walk out daylight basement.

A beautiful, secluded, spacious home, tucked away in its own little valley with amazing sunsets, fabulous views and starlit skies. Total privacy for feeling right at home and great well water. Wildlife passing through. Lee Metcalf National Wildlife Refuge and river access for fishing or floating the river are less than 5 miles away. Hiking, bike paths, historical sites, golfing, nice restaurants and fine dining are all within 10 minutes. Located 30 min. from Missoula or Hamilton. Our home is located at the end of the road so is very private and peaceful here. The property is fenced for horses and the house and huge yard are in the center. Deer and wild turkey pass through. The apartment is located in our walk-out daylight basement and is approximately 900 sq. ft. With lots of natural light. Recently installed high speed internet! We are located just a mile off Hwy. 203 (East Side Hwy.). Stevensville is about 10 miles south and Florence is 8 miles north. Access to the river is only 3 miles away. Nice small town communities with various activities depending on the time of year. Please note: On Hwy. 203 there are two El Capitan Loops and it is the south El Capitan Loop that you take which has an Eagle Watch sign on the south side of El Capitan Loop and the fire station is across the road. There is no visible street sign for Falcon Lane, only 4 mail boxes with a wooden sign above them that says Falcon Ln When you arrive, you can park at the end of the culdesac and there is a path to the right of the guest house that you can walk on to get to the apartment. Once you go through the gate (be sure to lock it). And when you get to the the lawn, turn right and you will be able to walk along the landscape, lit by solar lanterns, to the walkout basement which has a nice patio to enjoy the peaceful, country setting. Upon entering the suite there is an open living room and office area which is well furnished with couch which reclines, love seat recliner, chair recliner, desk, an area with a microwave, coffee maker with coffee, toaster, tea kettle with tea and paper plates, cups, plastic ware. Also have dishes and silverware. The laundry room has a utility sink and provides an area for cooking with a hot plate, toaster oven and cooking pans/utensils. Wifi high-speed and Directv are also available. 2 bedrooms: The main bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and huge closet. The spare bedroom has a queen size bed. The bath room is down the hallway. The laundry room has an iron and distilled water, ironing board is in pull out drawer. Laundry room is a shared space with us; however if at all possible, we try not to use it during your stay. We live upstairs and are happy to visit or answer any questions you may have. However we respect and value your time and privacy. We will totally leave it up to you and whatever you feel comfortable with. There are 5 houses on our lane. The guest house is the fourth and our house and driveway is after it. Everyone is really nice and it is a quiet neighborhood. Please drive slow on Falcon Lane as there are kids and animals to watch for. Thank you!! Parking is free We have three cats, two horses.
