Recently (2016) remodeled 3 bedroom lakefront home. Remodeled main floor has open concept kitchen with an eat-in great room along with two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a shared full bath. The basement (totally remodeled in 2021) has a large recreation space along with two more rooms stocked with multiple single beds for the rest of the family. Full bathroom in basement was completely rehabbed in 2020 There's also an adjoining loft space with another king bedroom (w/ additional double bed) and full bath, kitchen, and living space. Great location for large families or two families with young kids. Come relax by the lake. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the lake from the 300+ sq ft. deck. Roast marshmallows and gaze at the stars around the fire pit. Shell Lake is a 2600 acre lake known for it's clean water, great fishing, and sandy beaches. All of the usual lake activities are available. There is a public landing in town so you can bring your boat along. We have a dock and an extra boat lift (for fishing boat or smaller ski boat) on our property. We now have 2 boats which are available to our renters at an additional cost. First is a 20-ft pontoon that can legally seat up to 10 people. It has a 25 hp 4-stroke Mercury motor that runs smooth and quiet. The boat is a little worn, but still works great for fishing or casual cruises around the lake. The 2nd is a 2000 Mariah Shabah 182 ski boat.
