The house is a contemporary design, spacious, light and airy in the peaceful, green residential neighborhood of Morumbi. The bedroom with 1 twin size bed shares a shower bathroom with one other room. The sheets and towels are 100% pure cotton. There is fast wireless internet, maid service 2 times a week and parking available. You are welcome to share my kitchen and living area and full access to the whole house including washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, garage parking and garden. Walking distance from the Morumbi soccer stadium and Albert Einstein Hospital. The Jockey Club, and the schools Visconde de Porto Seguro, Miguel de Cervantes, Santo Americo and SP American Graded School are also a short distance away. Ideal for work or vacations stay the Morumbi neighborhood has easy access to most freeways and public transportation. You are also welcome to share my kitchen and living area. On the arrival day I will drive them to the market for food shopping and help find what they would like. I will also get a local SIM card for their phone if needed.
