We are in a beautiful building classified by UNESCO with amazing views of the Cathedral, Archbishop's Palace, and Government Palace -see traditional changing of the Palaceguard- the most tourist and historical area of Lima, so we are very appreciated by travelers, who find in our space, in addition to much comfort and equipment, great warmth of hospitality. My apartment is in the Pizarro building, a classic building that has a large entrance hall decorated with fine Carrara marble and a beautiful stained glass window that refers to a scene of the Spanish conquest. My apartment has a cozy social area that proposes warm intimacy and functionality. I wanted to design this space for those who love the classic and appreciate the tranquility in spaces like mine, full of history and tradition. So that my guests can enjoy a well-deserved rest at the end of the day, accompanied by music (HD audio equipment) in an unbeatable setting given by a beautiful view of the bell tower of the Santo Domingo convent, one of the oldest from America. And as the dream is something very precious I have furnished the main room with a comfortable Queen bed, dressed with sheets of the best Peruvian cotton of 400 threads. The view is especially beautiful. It has closet and TV. The auxiliary room is designed as an alternative space between study and small individual additional bedroom. It has closet. The kitchen is designed and equipped to satisfy multiple purposes: for those who want to make cooking an experience of integration and enjoyment, we have installed a bar that integrates it into the social area. At the same time, for those who go very fast, this becomes a bar of casual and versatile use. The bathroom, fitted with a washbasin of classic design and manufacture is accompanied by a hydromassage shower and shares the space with the washing machine and drying of clothes. My guests have 75 m² of the total apartment and its many amenities and equipment. The entrance hall is simply a beauty an architectural jewel that has walls clad in marble with beautiful moldings and also marble floors in the wide corridor. When my guests require it, we provide the AIRPORT COLLECTION SERVICE that we combine with a beautiful city tour through the Historic Center of Lima. This pleasant service is a good opportunity for travelers to take advantage of the obligatory taxi ride to the apartment and turn it into a tour for a small differential value to which they have to pay for the taxi service anyway. An additional advantage is that this complementary service is available in addition to Spanish, French and English. The rates depend on the number of passengers and time of arrival. Our vehicles are high-end. As my guests credit the dedication we give them is very special; I have, together with my husband, Javier, the complete disposition to attend and guide our guests with the purpose of making their stay safe, comfortable and above all humanly warm. There is no more touristy area in Lima than the Historical Center. And we are in the center of the Center. Precisely in the Main Square of Lima called Plaza Mayor, next to the Government Palace. The almost 500 years of hispanic history give this neighborhood the weight of a great tradition. We have neighbors to the presidents of Peru, since the Presidential Palace and the residence of the President of the Republic of Peru are to 50 meters of our building. What makes this area an exclusive and very safe place. Just 20 meters from the Government Palace is a restobar, very good atmosphere and especially with very good drinks, it is called the Pisco's Mueso. Do not miss the Cordadno Café Bar sandwiches, loaded with years of history and great flavor. By the Historical Center there is no better way to enjoy the beautiful architecture than walking, everything is close and the spaces keep very beautiful and picturesque traditions and stories, which can be consulted in Peruvian Traditions of the Peruvian chronicler Ricardo Palma: a real delight . A five-minute walk, between the junction of Jirón de la Unión and Emancipación / Cusco Avenue, we have the "Jirón de la Unión" station of the Lima Metropolitan Public Transport linking this part of Lima with the southern area in which they are located The districts of San Isidro, Miraflores, Surco, Barranco and Chorrillos. The building has a porter service from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 21:00 hours. Whenever my guests require it we dedicate special time to help them with their itineraries with the objective and inform them of places or special offers of food, fun or culture, that do not necessarily appear in tourist guides but that by our local knowledge is very useful to the traveler .
