Charming cape cod style 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located only 4 miles from downtown St. Michaels and only 9 miles from downtown Easton. Close beach access 4 miles down the road at Bellevue Landing. You can also take the ferry from Bellevue to a great beach on the strand in the Town of Oxford. Enjoy shopping, restaurants, art galleries, museums, waterfront harbors, and musical performances in St. Michaels, Easton and Oxford. The bottom floor also contains the master bedroom with queen bed and private master bathroom. Upstairs are three private bedrooms, one with a queen bed and crib, one with a double bed, and one with a queen bed, double bed and playpen. The three upstairs bedrooms all share one full bathroom upstairs. Our house is also very kid friendly with a swing set in the backyard and lots of toys to play with! We have a full crib, a pack and play and a high chair for use. Enjoy a screened in porch at the rear of the house during warmer days and nights. The living room is equipped with a flat screen tv with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with a double oven and electric range stove. The dishwasher, fridge and microwave are also available for use. There is a single cup Keurig on the kitchen counter for coffee and tea. This is our part time home so you will see some personal items throughout! You will have access to the entire home except for one room upstairs which will be locked. St. Michaels is a quaint historic town with a beautiful harbor, exceptional dining, and one of a kind shopping. Today it’s known for its excellent restaurants, outstanding lodging, an assortment of upscale boutiques plus its studios and galleries abuzz in a vibrant arts scene. There is a wooden swing set in the back yard for use and a full screened in porch.
