Available Inside-laundry but hire my maid to clean for $20 for 4 hours a day. fast wifi 150 mb, 65 inch TV in living area and smart tv in all other rooms with Netflix , & private pool. Fully gated and secure with electric gate. Newly remodeled Oct 2020 with new 65 inch smart 4 K tv and outside BbQ area and cool Bar This home is fully secured With infrared beams outside perimeter. Electric gate for entry into home. This house has a beautiful outside living space with pool, refreshing shower, and bar for entertaining and fun. Very private and very close to the beach. Home also has two wifi routers and a repeater in casita so everyone can be on wifi at the same time in any room on the property. Has an brand new outside kitchen with beer and wine refrigerator and huge barbecue and fully stocked of kitchen gadgets. Has new large refrigerator for all your food. Brand new washer and dryer. Has very comfortable beds for a good nights rest. Outside fans and lighting to enjoy those beautiful Costarican nights. Very private backyard for those who like to swim in there birthday suits. Very nice and brand new updated kitchen with bar to sit and have breakfast or lunch. You will come away relaxed and refreshed from this beautiful property which again is super close walk to beach, restaurants, and bars nightlife. THe whole house and one casita!! there is a second casita on the property that the caretaker/maid lives in. They do not use the pool or bbq area while your stay at the property. If there any excursions that you like to do while you are staying here We would be glad to help you with those in advance and get those pre-book for you. That way you don't waste a single day or find out something is totally booked During your stay. There is a bus system that runs every 30 min and is rather cheap. Taxi service and private shuttle service is also available. I have a golf cart that is also available to rent to guests for $50 a day. That's $10 cheaper than the only company in town that rents them. My maid can wash clothes and clean house for $20 dollars for 4 hours a day. She will clean the house and wash your clothes for you while you concentrate on enjoying your vacation.
