Expansive views, from an elevated pergola. The ranch has 1 small family dog & lots of birds. (No pets or animals allowed in guest suites, for those guests with animal allergies) Horse riding lessons, and trail rides may be arranged (at off property sites), as well as local tours. A 5 acre natural desert area, riparian zone, wildlife protected, accessed on a city maintained unpaved road. The Pantano wash is part of the Rillito River Watershed Arizona Rapid Watershed ( April 2007 Prepared by: USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service) and stretches across the Tucson area. Perfect for hiking or just quiet exploration, the wash is a short walk from the ranch. An amazing array of wildlife inhabit the property, and birds are always in residence. Ideal for Birders, Photographers, Hikers, Cyclers, Horseback riders & Golfers. Please note: due to the open desert location, children under 16 are discouraged as the property has numerous dangerous obstacles,cactus, and wildlife and no play area. walking around the property is at your own risk ( especially at night). Wildlife takes priority, and is in abundance. We have never had any issues at all. We are fluent in 4 languages; English, French,Spanish and Italian. We have disabled the Spa tub Jet function, due to water conservation with the current drought conditions in the Southwest. Sanitizing protocols require filling the empty tub with water and cleaning products, and running the jets after each guest visit, therefore the soaking function only. We are solar and environmentally friendly , recycling and composting waste.
