Two large unique ensuite master bedrooms featuring king size beds with a jacuzzi bath and multi-head shower in one master and a beautiful walk in shower in second master. Both master bedrooms open up to the lake side and share a small balcony with sitting area. There are two more nice sized second floor bedrooms that share a spacious full bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry facilities. Each room is uniquely decorated with the owners passion for nature and wildlife. A potential fifth bedroom is located on the first floor near the kitchen with a queen sized bed and a beautiful carved wood partition affording its guest a bit of privacy. The modern kitchen/dining area is a perfect setting for entertaining with floor to ceiling windows opening up to large deck overlooking the lake. A 250 gallon fish tank separates the kitchen/dining area from the livingroom with fireplace and large screen TV. A desk and small office area is also located on the first floor. The basement area of this home is equipped with large screen TV, pool table, ping pong, dart board and workout area. A fun place to pass the time after sun and fun on the lake. The kitchen and dining area spills out onto a large deck with areas to dine, grill and lounge overlooking the lake you're just steps away from all the fun waterfront activity. A beautiful stone patio leads to the lawn and sandy beach along with two docks and racks of kayaks and paddle boards for your enjoyment. Yes, you can bring your own boat! There is a boat ramp on the property with docks to tie up to. There are two docks in front of the Lake House. Check in time for island renters is also 4 PM with Check Out 10 AM 10-15 minutes for grocery store, local farm stand, coffee shops, Home Depot and a hand-full of pizza/sandwich shops.
