Only two miles to campus yet surrounded by mature trees, professionally maintained landscaping, and restaurants. Please note, our home is no smoking and not suitable for parties. Conveniently located immediately adjacent to the Toftrees golf course, our home offers the traveling professional easy access to the Toftrees resort, the Penn Stater, and Penn State's campus. The ample play space allows kids the room to play while parents can keep a watchful eye, even while entertaining. Guests have access to the entire house except the basement. The neighborhood is in Toftrees full of a diverse mixture of retirees, young professionals, and students. The CATA bus lines run through the neighborhood. Uber may be the fastest way to get around town. There are steps inside the house to access the second floor.
