Open year round for your small town getaway, nestled on a quiet street near the Montague River. Walking distance to all amenities and many local attractions including the waterfront, parks, and restaurants. A short drive to many beautiful PEI beaches, world class golfing, and only 35 min to Charlottetown. Enjoy your stay any time of year! We've created a cheerful and creative space, full of local artwork and unique painted furniture. Comfortable and clean, this house is meant to inspire you visually during your stay. The separate garage located on the property is not accessible. Guests have full use of the house, backyard, carport, and driveways. We live nearby so we are available for help whenever you need! This is a quiet family neighbourhood in walking distance to the beautiful waterfront, Main Street, restaurants, craft breweries, cafes, and grocery stores. There is plenty of parking as guests have access to 2 driveways (right side driveway is paved). The basement has a gate at the top for your safety, but the space is still yours to enjoy. Feel free to use the downstairs rec room, and laundry room. Yard Maintenance: During the summer months, we typically carry out yard maintenance (ie. cutting the grass) on a weekday, after 10:30am, for duration of approximately an hour.
