Hyntie junio de 2019 Me and some friends decided to spend our holidays in cancun. We then found this and house. The host Rafael was very welcoming and contacted us soon. He made sure everything was fine and provided us with all we needed. The check-in and check-out were easy and fast. Pilar was very friendly, welcoming and showed us how everything worked. When we had problems we just texted rafael and he gave us a fast response. The airbnb itself is great. Cozy living room, 3 bathrooms, comfortable beds and a swimming pool. The house was very clean and lovely arranged for us. We stayed for 10 days and the house got cleaned twice, which was very nice. Furthermore there is a mall nearby. Cancun is not that big, so the airbnb is located pretty central. The neighbours were friendly and didn’t bother us at all. Overall I would recommed this airbnb to anybody who wants a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our time in cancun very much, also thanks to this great house! Marlene octubre de 2019 My flight changed to an earlier day and mr Rafael was very nice. They accommodated me even though I hadn't booked for that day. I was traveling alone, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was well. Mr. Rafael mentioned places to visit in Cancun. In regards to the house, it was just amazing, everything was absolutely beautiful. The lady, Pilar , was very kind. They even provided me with some food (fruits, and yogurt). Overall this is the best place I have stayed in and I have already been to mexico 3 times. If you are deciding whether you should book this place or not. Go ahead and do it right away! Sambit Jan 2018 We had a great stay in Cancun thanks to Patricia and Rafael's wonderful apartment. They are wonderful people. They let two additional people, our friend's who's flight was cancelled, stay a night without being a part of the booking. The place is huge and very spacious. Big enough to accommodate at least 8 people comfortably. It was clean and well kempt when we arrived. It also has a beautiful pool. Although the pool is shared with a few other condos, we did not see anyone else use it apart from us. The location is great as well. It is on a main Street where taxi's pass by every minute. The hotel zone and the best beaches are only about 15 minutes away by a cab. It's walking distance to Plaza Americana (which is the biggest mall there), and several great eating joints are walkable. Me again: Pilar is responsible for the entry and exit times, she will always do her best to help our guests. If at your arrival at Cancun the house in the cleaning process we can guarantee you that we will accept your bags at a earlier time -usually starting at 1 pm- and we will give you the keys to the house, this way you can go for a visit to Cancun and when you return the house will be ready The property with private Palapa is located in the city in a quiet and safe place 7 walking minutes from the most important mall, Plaza Las Americas, where dozens of shops, restaurants and cinemas await you, just 6 minutes from Av Kukulcan, the start of the hotel strip and its incredible beaches, it is located in a horizontal condominium of only 8 houses close to everything. There are restaurants, cafes supermarkets, Costco Sams, a 24/h Wallmart Location: Super Manzana 18 is a quiet and safe neighborhood 3 minutes by car from the largest shopping center in Plaza Las Americas, just 7 minutes from Kukulkan Avenue where the hotel zone and its incredible beaches begin. Supermarkets such as Wal Mart, Sam's Club or Costco are 6 minutes away, it is very easy to get there. The bus stop to the Hotel Zone is in Plaza las Americas 7 minutes on foot, the boat to Isla Mujeres is at kilometer 4 of Av. Kukulcan. The hotel zone of Cancun (Kukulcan Boulevard) is only 12 miles long and is full of restaurants, shopping centers, nightclubs and hotels, and it does not matter in which area of the hotel zone you are, you need transportation to get around but, fortunately, the Transportation un Kukulkán Av is easy 24 hours a day buses work; Never wait more than 3 minute and it costs less than a dollar each time you board. (Half of the buses have air conditioning). Taxis are everywhere, and if you're a fitness fan, we have a beautiful running / biking trail that runs the length of the boulevard.
