Location: The house is located 300 meters from BR-040, in ITAIPAVA, with access at Exit 65 in an area of 4000 square meters, overlooking the mountains of the region, 3 km from the center of Itaipava and Araras. ANNEX, with 03 large suites, toilet, full gourmet kitchen and barbecue and balcony. EXTERNAL AREA, with two car indoor garage and parking for up to 08 cars, large grassy area and pool. FACILITIES: All rooms have Hot and Cold Split Air. The house is equipped with top-of-the-line bedding, bath and tableware, household items such as plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, all in perfect condition. Overtime can be arranged directly with the staff themselves. ACCOMMODATION: The rooms of the main house each have a double bed accommodating a maximum of 06 (six) people. The annex rooms each have one double and two single beds (some are twin beds) accommodating a maximum of 12 (twelve) people. The use of mats or similar will not be allowed, and the maximum occupancy of 18 (eighteen) people, including children. Pets are allowed as long as previously informed.
