BOUTIQUE DUPLEX LOFT W/ GARAGE

This modern, cheerful flat is perfect to be your home away from home while in São Paulo! It's cozy, comfortable and filled with utilities. The building offers facilities such as pool, gym and laundry - and a garage spot if you have a car! This duplex was recently featured at the magazine Casa & Construção (check the photos). This duplex has just been renovated, designed to be my own home (before I moved to Brussels...) - so it's comfortable and carefully decorated. The second floor of the duplex has a glass floor, so the apartment is very bright and feels spacious. In the flat, the guests are free to use all the utilities. In the building, the guests can use the swimming pool, the gym, the spacious meeting room with wifi, the laundry and even the garage spot! But the guests can't invite other guests to share the public space of the building. Since I live partly in Europe, most likely my assistant or my mother will receive you. But either way you will be warmly received and will have always someone to help you out while you stay in town. The neighborhood of Vila Leopoldina has easy access by bus to Vila Madalena and Pinheiros. The building is located in a safe area, walking distance from the beautiful Villa-Lobos Park and surrounded by restaurants and services (supermarket, pharmacy, open air market etc.). I can make a special discount for longer stays (more than 2 months). The laundry room is located in the condominium and it's paid (10 reais per use).
