Pay directly to the admin of Grace Residences. Pool is closed for maintenance during Mondays. Gym access - exclusive to residents. Anytime Fitness Gym is available at Grace Mall for a fee. The unit does not come with a designated parking slot. Guests may park at the Grace Mall which costs 45 PHP for the first hour and additional 20 PHP for every succeeding hour. 500 PHP for an overnight parking.
