It boasts Smart LED 4k TV's in both bedrooms and the living room along with all of the amenities in the kitchen one would need. My home has plenty of dining room and living room space. Bedrooms are comfortably set with Smart TV's and very comfortable bedding. The home is completely updated with all new renovations. However, the home still has some of it's original elements. The doors, the southern-stlye porch, and the original wood burning fireplace are just a few of the items that really bring the Rustic feel to life. So if you love a little old with a lot new, then this is the perfect get away for you and your companions!! You can access any part of the home. I will be available from check in time until about 11pm. The neighborhood is a very quiet neighborhood, not far from many restaurants, Stone Mountain Park, Stonecrest Mall, Movie Theaters, the Horse Park, and even has a public library literally feet away from the property. Perfect for a checking out a nice book to read while enjoying a cup of coffee on the front porch!! Uber, Lyft, Taxis and Marta are all available for this area. NO GUESTS UNDER 25 ARE ALLOWED TO BOOK. My home is equipped with a keyless entry (keypad). Guests won't need to meet for a key and will receive check in instructions with their personal access code. Also, after every guest checks out, the home is disinfected with a COVID-19 disinfectant throughout every part of the home to ensure the safety of all of our guests. The yard is pretty big and has a fence around part of it. The library is directly across the street from my home and may have several patrons during the day. Also, the home is located in a historic district of downtown Lithonia. So please understand that the neighborhood has been around since the early 1900's.
