Rodney Quay is a stunning holiday home set within a peaceful, 12-unit townhouse community in the heart of Rodney Bay. The front of the development overlooks the ocean with its ever-changing, colourful array of sailing vessels. The Caribbean sea provides a cool breeze into the villas. Located just steps from the sparkling communal pool, this outstanding property is five minutes walk from Reduit beach (probably the loveliest beach on the island), two duty-free shopping malls and several renowned restaurants including Jacques which is next door. The ground floor is open plan with modern decor and accessories. There is Wi-Fi, Cable-vision, TV and a newly installed air conditioning unit. There is a luxury, fully stocked kitchen with stylish breakfast bar, a dishwasher and speckled grey granite counters. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer and powder room on this level for your convenience. Two sets of french doors lead to the outdoor private patio area and pool set in lush tropical foliage. There are two sunbeds on the patio for relaxing in the sunshine as well as a dining table and chairs. There is a boardwalk with berths for sailing vessels or speed boats. Our private speedboat can take you on tours of the island or you may prefer to indulge in some thrilling water sports. Our private chef can cook for guests in the comfort of the villa. On the upper floor there are three air-conditioned bedrooms with two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, vanity unit, wardrobes, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has zip and link beds which can be used as two twin beds or joined together to form a king sized bed. There is an additional sofa bed in bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a house bathroom. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. PLEASE NOTE: In early 2020 the St Lucia Government introduced a Tourist Accommodation Fee. Stay over visitors to St Lucia will be required to pay an extra fee of 7% on the full cost of their stay. This is collected at the time of booking and has already been included in your quote. This is then remitted to the Tourism Authority.
