Situated in a safe and quiet residential area. 5' drive to the airport, walk'n distance to bus stops. The urbanisation of Punta Ballena was designed in the 50's by the famous catalán Architect Bonet. This house is on a small street on a "cul de sac", along with 4 more houses built by Bonet's colleagues at that time, in this case by Jones Odriozola (who also built the "Arcobaleno Building"), in a very typical Mid Century Modern style. The construction has the original structure from the early 60's, with two more bedrooms added later: a charming chalet without any added luxury. The decor carefully follows this style, with some restored vintage items. In Punta Ballena, in a residential and quiet neighborhood. You can use our 2 bikes or walk to the beach, buy your groceries or shop at the gas station (Ancap), open 24 hs. The house has alarm and a security service all year round. Nota: no hay piscina. No hay TV por aire ni cable (aunque es posible conectarse a Netflix o USB). No hay bicis (consultar disponibilidad).
