Beautiful 2 bedroom house 2 min walk to the beach, located in the Guasacate- Popoyo region. Amazing Wifi, apple tv, fully equipped kitchen, hot water, air conditioner on each bedroom. You will really relax at this beautiful house, amazing beaches to visit, great surfing right there. Famous Popoyo surf break its a few minutes walk on the beach, and there is a great beach break right by the house. Restaurants in the area, markets, The area its super safe , also is 24hrs guard. The house its located 2 minutes walk from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, and spacious living room kitchen connected. The bathoom with hot water and great shower. There it wifi, fully equipped kitchen for cooking, outside grill and shower, spacious deck to relax, or just under the tree on a hammock. There are two houses in our property, next to each other but private as well. As you can read in the reviews its a beautiful place to stay. Guest will be able to use the entire house The houses are located in Guazacate, which its next to Popoyo. The area its usually known as Popoyo as well for its proximity and since its the famous break its right in the limit between Guazacate and Poppoyo. The houses are located 2 minutes walk ( or less:) from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the famous Popoyo surf break. The beach break right by the house its great too when conditions are working , but pretty much every day its good for beginers and to play around for more experienced surfers. There is a great restaurant steps from the houses, called La Perla. Also we are just walking distance from other restaurants, hostels w special nights, market, bakery, amazing pizzas as well. The beach its beautiful, calm, long and great views. I can provide you with all the info to make your trip amazing. We can also arrange you services such as Airport taxi service, surf tours, surf lessons, volcano tours, and many more activities around. From Managua airport you can take a taxi or rent a car right at the airport. We also provide you with pick up and drop off at an xtra charge. There is like 2 hours and 45 minutes drive from Managua airport to Popoyo. I will provide you with all the intructions on how to arrive to the house if you decide to drive. It its important to note that as you can see in the pictures there are two houses next to each other, however the wall they share its the living room wall and its sound proof, so you don't really hear your neighbors, the entrances are on the other end and the decks are also private.
