Home nestled in the tranquility of the Sonoran Desert. Inviting courtyard entryway with private casita. Enchanting surrounding views of the San Cayetano and Santa Rita Mountains. Comfortably situated in the Santa Cruz Valley by Josephine Canyon. Bright starry night views and bird watching satisfactory. Captivating horizon sky colors of dawn sunrises and sunsets. Quiet neighborhood, in close proximity of El Ranchito Market and 15 minutes away from local super markets. Fine southern AZ culture. Dog not included :) We are pet friendly, we do prefer pets to stay outdoors if possible. We take great pride in offering guests a clean home and this helps provide each guests with such experience. Please inquire about our pet fees for indoors. Private Trapeze Yoga classes available on back patio. Garage and gate remote are available for parking. Caution: Gate closes automatically after 3 minutes. Guest interaction is minimal. Available through mobile communication with prompt response time. Guests are to fully relax and enjoy their time in our home. Interactions will mostly be remote (upon check-in) and the guest(s) should feel to remain undisturbed. Quiet neighborhood with privacy. Peaceful residential community. You'll enjoy the tranquil atmosphere, nature and trails nearby. Take a stroll around the neighborhood, the area is rural and roads are paved. Exploring deeper into the canyon, desert and springs nearby, some trails are not paved. We also neighbor the Santa Cruz River, an underground river, that offers a unique hiking expedition alongside it. The Anza National Trail follows the Santa Cruz River offering plenty of shade along the journey connecting the old presidio town of Tubac with the historic Tumacacori Spanish Mission. Amazing birding opportunities also make this trail popular. Entrance is through Palo Parado Exit 25. Northbound on N. Pendleton Drive and into Camino Josefina. We recommend to bring your passport if you would like to walk across the international boundary of the USA and enjoy Mexico, which is less than 30 minutes away by vehicle via Interstate 19. There is delicious food and affordable medical and dental care offered in our southern neighbor.
