In the living room there is a high-end Italian made sofa and a flat screen 45” smart tv with complimentary Netflix, Hulu, and limited local stations. Additional seating includes a dining table. The bedroom has a king size gel mattress and padded headboard. There are two bedside tables, with reading sconces and phone chargers. It’s a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee(Nespresso). The suite is minutes to everything Girdwood has to offer including ski lifts, restaurants/bars, post office, mercantile, Alyeska Lodge/tram, Forest Fair and a paved bike and walking trail. If you don’t feel like driving a free shuttle is 1/2 a mile away and the local brewery is a bit further. The Tanner House is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors and/or kick your feet up and relax. Please note apartment is attached to our house and from time to time you may hear our family which includes my husband, our 11 year old son, a mellow dachshund, and me. The home is located on a paved cul-de-sac in a residential family and dog friendly neighborhood. There is minimal car traffic, but walking, biking and kids playing outside is common.
