Surf studio on fishing village isle

"Magical place" is how many people have described my studio space on a large deck,dock in a private cove on an island with the best east coast surfing. Wake up to the changing tides,lively bird life and sounds of surf. Wood stove,loft add extra charm This winterized studio has a wood stove and small loft for an extra person. The main space has two moveable beds to your liking so during the day as living room and night a bedroom. There is wifi and a provisional toilet at the studio warm showers and kitchen facilities are in the main house one minute away through a little magical forest. The main house is an open concept with two separate living and dining areas. The first living area in the front of the house is around the wood stove and window seat. The second living area is the large sun room off the kitchen also with a dining area. . The bathroom is on the main floor beside the laundry room ,off the kitchen. It has both tub and shower. The house has its special charm with cathedral ceilings and skylights in two different areas,natural wood and treasured eclectic collection of memories . My home is small but mighty with warmth and comfort . My home is your home. I heard this statement so often most recently in Morocco where I was living with a family while volunteering. This has always been an important part of my life to share my living space where ever I have been . I will respect the wishes of the guests as to what level of privacy they prefer . I enjoy very much meeting new people,fellow travellers ,sharing adventures and offering my resources for your best stay. I will be at home for the most part,puttering in my garden and there will be friends and family also visiting and guests are welcome to join in any activities that might be happening. I am also open to provide evening meals on request so your stay here can be what you choose from full privacy to full participation. AN ISLAND ... Surf , fishing village , outer islands to explore ,crows teasing the eagles,sand pipers feasting on clams at low tide. Diverse community of surfers,fishermen,artists . Experience a north east storm . Buy a lobster right off the boat. Bring your surf board, paddle board ,kayak ,use my canoe....hike the East Coast Trail. Lots of rentals for all this stuff. Beside Lawrencetown beach the main surfing beach about 8 minutes away,there are many other beautiful pristine beaches in the area and beautiful provincial parks . Full shopping services at Porters Lake about 12 minutes away . There is a wonderful country store with everything about five minutes way. Halifax ,our capital and historic city is about a forty five minute drive....lots of interesting life there too. Unfortunately a car is necessary. Oh I do speak German .
