Guesthouse super private clean and roomy

Super clean, private, cozy, pool and jacuzzi, pet friendly, close to beaches, Orlando and cruise ships, air boating, zip lining, zoos and plenty more near by. Enough room to park boat/4wheelers/ trailers, Uhauls, multiple vehicles and exercise your pets. Me (girl in profile, Nichole) and my dad live in the main house. Just message us if you need help with anything big or small. We do our best to make sure everyone has an amazing experience!! : ) You will be staying in our guest suite. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, living room, pool, jacuzzi, back porch seating, pool area seating with a grill, and a huge back yard The pool area/ seating and grill is yours to use, we don’t use it when we have guests and we only do one booking at a time so no other guests besides you and your group will be there. There is a tanning area outside of the screened porch and an outdoor seating area attached to the suite. Communication preferred through Airbnb app messaging. Unless we get to meet you in person, of course we will say hi and make sure you have everything you need. Someone is always there to help, even if it’s restaurant advice or another trash bag. The neighborhood is quiet, we are on a dirt road and everybody has big yards 1 acre or more. Lots of four wheelers, bbqs and fun. Only because people still seem surprised to learn.... it’s a large mother in law suite attached to our main house. We are super helpful and friendly. We are always extremely happy to have new guests. But we do live on the property in the main house. :) :) :) :)
