Private suite in the Center of the city

My home is in the center of the city. A short walk or Uber to the downtown area or the Praça Cívica. Restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities are all near by. You’ll love the neighborhood since it is centrally located and within walking distance to everything. A comfortable room, good for couples, individuals and business travelers. Even though the guest room is in the main house it is a separate space. I strive to make breakfast a comfortable and delicious experience. You will have access to a private veranda and a shared community area. Everything you need to a quick visit or a longer stay in our interesting city. The guest room opens onto a small porch with comfortable rocking chairs and a lovely breeze. There is also a separate sala with a TV, blue ray player and frigobar. I work from home so am almost always available to my guests. I enjoy visiting but also want to give guests their own space. Even though we are down town Boa Vista our neighborhood is generally quiet, especially at night and on the weekends. There are bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The river is very close and you can rent kayaks or hire a river tour. Our home is about 15 minutes from the international airport or bus station. The intercity bus terminal is close by as are the taxi stands. There is a bread store , grocery store, and gas station all within easy walking distance. Most destinations can be reached by Uber for about R$10 or less. The guest apartment includes a small refrigerator and microwave as well as most everything you will need for your stay. While guests do not have access to the washing machine I am available to do your laundry for a small fee.
