This is a third floor apartment with cathedral ceilings next to WPAFB. "The Right Place", has two spacious bedrooms with work areas, walk-in closets, private bathrooms and comfortable living spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking nice meals while traveling along with a coffee corner for your enjoyment. Washer and dryer available in the unit, making it convenient for any duration of stay. The Right Place is simply decorated , perfectly and exceptionally clean for your experience. The living room has cathedral ceilings, providing an open feel to the space. You will have access to all the major appliances within the apartment (e.g. fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, washer, and dryer). There are additional bed linens and towels in the large walk-in closets. The bedrooms have a queen-sized beds, a dresser, TV with cable, and a desk if you need to work during your stay. The apartment also has free WiFi. The bathrooms are stocked with essentials and a hair dryer. Parking is offered on-site. You will also have access to the courtyard fire pit, outdoor grill and volleyball court. See pictures to view the outside amenities of the complex as well! You will have access to the entire apartment. Parking lot is access with the parking passes we will provide. I like to give guests a lot of privacy and freedom. However, if an emergency arises, I live within two miles from the apartment. You can reach me anytime throughout the day for check-in and check-out issues or requests. You may contact me past 10PM in the event of an emergency. The apartment is within minutes from several points of interest. Wright State University is across the street. Wright Patterson Air Force Base is around the corner. We are also close to Soin Hospital and I675, which provides quick access to Downtown Dayton and several suburbs, such as Beavercreek, Kettering, Centerville, and Miamisburg. I675 merges with I70 and I75 if you are traveling to Indianapolis, Columbus, or Cincinnati. You will easily be able to travel and park your car anywhere in Dayton. The apartment is within minutes from I675, which merges with I70 and I75. The airport is approximately 30 minutes away. You can Uber to almost any destination in Dayton. Public transportation is also available in some locations via the Dayton RTA. The entire apartment space is perfect for travelers, families and professionals visiting the Airforce Base, Wright State University, hospitals or any other attractions near Dayton.
