When booked as stated here you will be the only renters~ The 2nd story is to be left unused. The entire first floor is yours to use. The second story (two guest rooms and bathroom) are not to be used at this special price. Please book the entire space should you need more than one bedroom ... The space is only booked to you when booking this option, this is not a shared space. The first floor includes a primary king bed with en-suite bathroom. Full kitchen, foyer, office and living room with fireplace. Pet fee is $75 per pet which supports the work I do uniting stray and abandoned Satos with loving adoptives homes here in NY MA CT. Hiking trails, farm markets and more! Shop and dine in the popular places like Hudson’s Warren Street, Catskill Main Street and Athens Hudson River Front. The quaint Historic Reed Street in downtown Coxsackie on the Hudson River has fun shops and a great General Store with upscale products and an eclectic mix of local supplies. A car is best. Take the train to Hudson. We are 20 minutes away. Coded entry lock. No keys Roku TV and full WiFi throughout. Propane fireplace. Pet fees apply $75 per pet, please inquire. We expect pets to be house trained and not to go on furniture. If your custom is to allow this please bring your own coverings. Also bring your own towels to wipe down your pet after walks or in inclement weather. Added cleaning will apply if our cleaners must do a deep cleaning to remove hair and prints / dirt from furniture or beds;-) we’ve been there, we understand it happens … we just want to ensure we can keep our pets allowed policy.
