Near the beach of the surfers of L'orient, a new apartment in a small residence in a quiet area, fully equipped and air-conditioned with large terrace, 100 meters from the beach and shops. A parking lot and garden at the foot of the building. A private road and 100 meters away the Caribbean Sea. After parking your car at the foot of the building, you go up a few steps and reach a landing; the apartment door is on your right. Next to the door is a basket where you can put your beach shoes. you then enter the apartment. you can get rid of the beach sand on the terrace where you have a water point. you can deposit your surfboards or other bulky items in a room that will be designated for you. A cleaning service of the apartment for two hours twice a week is included in the price only for the first week.. If you would like more services or childcare, you can request this directly from the person in charge of the apartment. Typical fishing village with its church and a large beach convenient both for children on the East side and surfers on the West side. The neighborhood is quiet and family. We call the beach of L'orient "the beach of the surfers"... At 100 meters from the beach, "Eleusis" is also very close to the shops: by turning right at the end of the private road, you will find, the bakery "La Petite Colombe", the small supermarket "AMC" or Jojo, the restaurant Jojo Burger and a Portuguese restaurant near a small administrative center with post office and the nice cemetery where is the grave of the well known rock singer Johnny Halliday. If you turn left at the end of the road, you will pass the gas station and a little further on foot, you can go to a small shopping center called "L'Oasis" where you will find: a small supermarket "U express", the Choisy bakery, a pizzeria, the restaurant "Le Bouchon", a medical center, a veterinarian, a drugstore with organic products, a bailiff, a surveyor.
