Private basement apartment, spectacular views

We have a spacious walk in basement apartment in North Salt Lake with beautiful views of the Great Salt Lake and Antelope island. We are only 10-15 minutes to down town Salt Lake City. Our back yard has a park like feel complete with a play house and swing set. Your private entrance has a relaxing deck area complete with bbq grill and porch swing. The apartment has all the comforts of home including full kitchen, bath, washer and dryer all set in your own relaxing space. The temperature in the back yard under the trees is about 10 degrees cooler and is a great place to relax. Our porch swing is a nice place to watch the sunset over the Great Salt Lake. *the hot tub needs a new motor and is currently not working so our price has been lowered. You have access to the entire basement, the backyard, lower deck and grass area. We only occupy the upstairs and will not be using the basement. The kids may be sharing the backyard area.
