Oversized couches in living room for additional 2 sleep spots. 2 rollaway twin/full beds and washer/dryer for your use. Kitchen with all appliances, island, dishes, utensils, cooking pots. Bedroom linens, bath towels included. Dining room with large table, 6 chairs and 2 attached pull-out extensions for large family dinners. Large lot (.83 acres) to play in, parking, tents, volleyball net, or large parties. Central air and gas heat. Fire pit w/wood. Comcast Cable TV with 125+ channels and WiFi. Garage, pole barn access excluded from all rentals. Pontoon/jet skis not included, not for rent. There is a rental place nearby. Lifts or dock parking not included as our boats/ski occupy them, but there are mooring whips to tie up to deck if you want to bring small boat or jet skis.
