The Suite @ The Casa ~ Heriot Bay, Quadra Island

Beautiful & Spacious 1 Bedroom Suite in Heriot Bay, Quadra Island. Wake up to sweeping views over Drew Harbour in this lovely fully self contained Suite. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room, & private entrance. This newly renovated spacious Suite is equipped with all amenities for a very comfortable stay. It has 1 large bedroom, with a bright beautiful living room, dining room and kitchen with views over Rebecca Spit, Drew Harbour and the Mountains beyond. Located in the lower level of the Casa vacation home in the heart of Heriot Bay, a private entrance and yard area separate the Suite, making this a peaceful paradise. If needed for a larger group the Suite and The Casa can be booked together to utilize the entire space. The Suite is modern and trendy with high end appliances. It has a very open kitchen and dining area for social cooking while enjoying the scenic views. Lovely linens, towels and beach towels are provided. Situated on a 1 acre lot with lovely sloping lawns which take you down past Apple, Cherry, and Pear trees to a short trail, where you can cross the road and meet the Sea. Quasar Island is full of opportunity for adventure! Kayaks, Paddleboards, and Bicycles can be rented just down the road from the house. The island is abundant with scenic hiking trails, lakes and beaches, as well as a nine hole golf course! Guests of the Suite have a private yard area, equipped with BBQ, outdoor table and chairs. Good Internet and a 55" Samsung Smart TV with DVD player and selection of DVD's. Shared Washer/Dryer. 2 Paddle boards with paddles available for guest use (shared with The Casa - currently no life jackets on property) Either myself or our local host will be available for anything you may need. Just a message or a phone call away! You are in the heart of Heriot Bay at the Casa, and are just a quick 15 minute walk to the grocery store, the Heriot Bay Inn Dining Room and Pub, The Legion Pub, as well as Rebecca Spit and the beautiful trails and beaches. Quadra Island has just one local taxi service, and they are open 24 hours. There are also bicycle rentals just down the road, and luckily everything you need is just a short walk away. There is one parking space for guests of the Suite, located on the far left side of the garage. The other two spaces are for the Main Casa. If you bring two vehicles, please park one in the space at the top of the driveway. Please be aware that if guests are also staying in the Casa during your stay, as this is a shared property and space, although completely private, there will possibly be some interaction and some noise, although all guests are asked to please be considerate of this. That being said this is a huge property with lots of space and privacy for all. Or if you're feeling social, meet your neighbors and have a game of bocce in the beautiful yard, or share a story over a glass of wine.
