If you drive to Manhattan it is about a 35 minute drive with no traffic. Main hallway under construction with basic repair and painting, not being done during any stays. Unfortunately, due to my last guest that left the house shockingly messy I will now have to charge a cleaning fee. I work from home in the downstairs apartment and am home most of the time if you need anything. Please be respectful of noise level in main hallway during late hours. We live here and have to wake early for work and school.
