GG’s Quiet, Quaint, and Clean Private Room

Relax in a clean, quiet, and cozy private room. Your private oasis is situated in a private single family home, which is located in a safe suburban neighborhood. This intimate space is ideal for individuals that need or desire a peaceful place to relax, study, prepare for a meeting, or other professional endeavors. The home is shared with the female homeowner and bookings are limited to female guests only. Weekly, Monthly, or other long-term arrangements welcomed. See "Other things to note". The bedroom is furnished with one queen sized bed, dresser, TV, and lamp. The room is also equipped with a closet, hangers, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and deadbolt lock. The designated private bathroom is directly across the hall from the guest bedroom. Towels, blow dryer, and an iron is provided for your convenience. Liquid hand soap and bar soap are also provided for the ease of your stay. Travel size toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and a toothbrush are available upon request. Guests have access to their own private living room with cable TV. The kitchen is shared with the homeowner and you are welcome to use all cookware, dishes, and utensils. You will need to provide your own food. Guests also have access to the washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board. Additionally, guests have access to off street parking. I reside on the property and I am available via call, text, or email at anytime. I want all of my guest to be very comfortable and my interaction with my guests will be friendly, warm, and welcoming. Enjoy your stay in picturesque rural/suburban atmosphere while being minutes away from the airport, downtown, and various local attractions. 5.5 miles to Richmond International Airport (11 minute drive) 6.3 miles to Downtown Richmond (14 minute drive) 7.2 miles to Virginia Commonwealth University (18 minute drive) 8.6 miles to Virginia Union University (19 minute drive) 9.1 miles to Virginia Museum of Fine Arts (19 minute drive) I reside on the property with my spoiled 1-year-old Maltese (small puppy), Toto. Toto is supervised or confined to a designated area via a pet gate, at all times. Toto is not allowed in the kitchen or in your private spaces (bedroom and private living room). If you like and/or admire dogs from a distance but have no desire to pet or hold them, this space will work for you. Guest are expected to clean up after themselves. Long term guest, are required to wash and change linen a minimum of once every two weeks.
