Conveniently located right off of route 32, in Clarksville. Convenient to DC, Baltimore, Annapolis, National Harbor, and Northern Virginia areas. Boasts dedicated kitchen, common living space, washer/dryer, Master Bedroom, Guest bedroom, 2 lofts, and 2 Full Baths. Beautiful detached guest home; original structure from 1905. All renovations done between 2006-2017. Private patio in back. Washer/dryer in unit. Spacious loft space, and second BR with additional loft. 2 guests can sleep in MBR Queen Bed, 3 in Guest room (2 in Queen bed, 1 in the loft); 2 easily can sleep in the main loft up the spiral staircase, and a sofa is also available for another person. Two twin size foam roll out mattresses also provided. Entire guest home with available parking on long driveway with direct sidewalk access to guest house front door, as well as right off the quiet street (right in front of property entrance). Lockbox on door. Unique pin will be provided for each stay. We are very responsive if you need anything at all - but give you all the space you need. Clarksville, in Howard County Maryland, is a very family friendly area, with great food and community amenities. We are in the River Hill/Pointers Run area - right off of Route 32 (convenient to Baltimore, National Harbor, DC, Northern Virginia, and Annapolis areas). 10 minutes from Fort Meade and NSA. Local travel by car is easiest, but there are local bus route and metro options as well. For the DC Metro, Glenmont (Red line) and Greenbelt (Green line) are readily available - but driving into DC is not an issue outside of peak traffic times. WiFi password provided
