The home is located on a beautiful lot along the river. Home is a bungalow with family dwelling upstairs. Private entrance to suite through the garage. Only shared spaces are the backyard and parking. Enjoy shared use of the private backyard situated along a small river. Screened in gazebo, and firepit, and lounge chairs all for shared use. I am easily accessable as I live in the upstairs portion of the home. I can be reached during the day by phone or email. I am typically home in the evenings. Family friendly neighbourhood. Great for walking and bike rides. Close to Vermillion Park trails, campground, splash pad, and sports park. Walking, biking or driving gives you quick and easy excess to all amenities and locations. We are located in the north end of Dauphin close to downtown.
