PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY (JANUARY 4th – DECEMBER 20th): • A deposit equal to 40% plus tax is required at the time of booking. • Remaining balance is due 21 days prior to arrival date. • Full payment is required if reservation is made within 21 days of arrival date. • Full refund if canceled 48+ hours prior to arrival date. • Two Night plus tax penalty or 100% Resort Credit if canceled within 48 hours prior to arrival date.
