Flat with a great view of Rio!

The flat is located in a very central area in Rio, close to the most nice things of this swing city. Easy to go to Ipanema Beach, to Maracana Stadium, to the Sambodromo, to Cinelandia. The area is very calm - night and day. No problems! Clean, cozy apartment, in Estacio neighborhood, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower & toilet, 1 separate toilet, doormen, elevators, broadband Wi-Fi, good kitchen, small veranda, parking for one car, in central area of Rio de Janeiro. Apartment is on the top floor, so the view is incredible! Very close to the metro station (2 minute walk) (Estacio stop) and buses to many sites in the city. Easy access to Ipanema, Leblon and Copacabana, by subway and buses. Nice building with great view of a big part of Rio (near Sambodromo, City Hall, Central do Brasil (train station), and Central Bus Station (Rodoviaria). From the main bedroom you can see the statue of Christ the Redeemer. There are 3 supermarkets nearby, restaurants and shops. Downtown Rio (Zona Sul) is just 15 minutes by bus. Guests should expect tranquility and calmness staying here. I am renting a room but guests can use the entire flat. I speak good English (not quite fluent, no Shakespeare!) I use another room in the flat at times, but my primary abode is outside of Rio, and most of the time I am not in the apartment. I have a farm 60 kms from Rio, at the Serra dos Orgaos, and guests can stay there for free, before or after their visit. Lets enjoy the Hill Station, 5 kms walking up. Many waterfalls and original Mata Atlantica. With splendid view! If Im in Rio I can share breakfast and even vegetarian meals. Im free and Im always around if people needs me. But most of the time Im out. Cool area. The cradle of the first School of Samba of Rio de Janeiro. The Zamenhof Street is very calm and you will be at the 13th floor. The flat is full of light and very clean. Underground station is just 3 blocks from the building. There's buses to many areas of the city. Easy to go to Ipanema beach, either by bus or tube.
