Lovely brand new house, 100 meters from the beach

Our house is large, colourful, bright and well ventilated and right in front of Praia da Armação. In addition it has a beautiful view of the ocean. We are in the northern part of the island, in front of a beautifull beach, far from the turmoil and surrounded by nature. It is ideal for families and people looking for tranquility. This is our house, our home, our hidden gem, cared and loved by us. This is also where we chose to raise our one year old daughter. We open our house to special people, who want to enjoy the best of Ilhabela. Our house was designed to embrace our visitors, it is colorful and bright, you can see the nature from all the windows and the front balcony has a spectacular view of the ocean. Although we are in front of the beach (it is a 2 minute walk to Praia da Armação), the house is high, so we have a beautiful view of the sea. One of the advantages of renting our house is that you don't have to drive to spend the day at the beach: walk a few dozens meters and you will feel the sand between your toes. The house is furnished with high standard furniture and utensils, side-by-side refrigerator, wooden beds, designer wooden furniture, the ceilings are tall and there is a constant breeze circulating through the house, as a result of the architectural design. We have two houses for rent on the same property. The house in this ad is House 2, at the top of the lot. The houses have separate entrances and are separated from each other. House 2 has its own garage and external area. If you rent this, you will have the whole house for your self, served with towels, bed linens and all other necessary utensils for making your stay as relaxed as possible. We will staying close-by in case of emergencies and if needed for anything else, but you'll have full privacy. We have high speed internet and wi-fi in all rooms in case you need it during your stay. There's a bus stop almost in front of the house with buses coming every hour back and forward from the center Our house os prepared for visitors who intend to work during their stay in Ilhabela Our internet is very stable and we have a 300MB plan, very fast, in case tou need to do home-office or home-schooling. The third bedroom is on the mezzanine, has the best views in the house and can be set up as an office.
